Elvin,

From "File Menu > Export Map" you can export maps with world files by checking the "Write World File" box for the following file types:

BMP, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, GIF

Please be aware that you can only export maps with world files while in Data View.  Maps exported from Layout View do NOT provide this option.

Please check out the Exporting your map help topic for more info on exporting maps to be used as georeferenced raster data.

Elvin,

Unfortunately, this functionality is not available within ArcGIS Desktop.  The following enhancement request has been submitted for this functionality:

NIM001742: Enhancement Request: Write image export file with world file or GeoTiff when exporting from layout view.

I would also suggest that you submit this idea to the ArcGIS Ideas site.

A possible workaround (which isn't that user friendly...) would be to convert your layout elements (legend, title, scale bar, north arrow, etc) to graphics.  Copy and paste the graphics from layout view into data view, position them accordingly, and then export the map.

Thanks.
