How to convert .img format (DEM) to .xyz format?

Hi,

I just started using ArcGIS. I am going to make a model with engineering hydrodynamic software. Now I found a DEM to use, this DEM is in the format .img.

Does someone know how to convert this .img format into a .xyz format? Or another kind of format (ascii) which can be used in the
software GUI to create bathymetry and grids?
I have the ArcGIS 10.1 software installed.

You can use "Raster To ASCII" (Conversion Tools).
