Hello, I have installed the ArcGIS for INSPIRE (SP2) server extension and now i'm trying to publish an INSPIRE view service.
I get Server object creation error whenever I try to do it.
Is there a need of additional licencing to activate the extension ? I received an ECP authorization code with the installation media and this code was required to unpack the installation files only.
