I want to transform pictures into 3d. I have a picture, and want to insert it into an arcscene document. The image isnt horizontal, it's a vertical slice of mountain. How can i transform this horizontal picure to vertical state? This is a simple 4 sided rectangle shaped picture. How can i manage the corners coordinates?
Once i saw an example, an archeologyst made a GIS about an archeological site, and he used his handmade, and scanned pictures in ArcScene.
