Field Calculator - function Format() is missing in ArcMap 10

Dear All,

In ArcGIS 9.3, i wanted to use the format() function i used to go to the field calculator, select the String option and then choose the format() function, but in the ArcGIS 10 this function is missing..


Can you please tell me how can i find it or is there any other function that does a similar job?
