I am trying to geocode the attached table, however when I bring it into ArcMap and open it I see an empty table.  Why?

I think you need to get rid of the spaces in the field names.

The formatting of some of the fields in this spreadsheet have functions related to them. I just got done troubleshooting a similar issue. Make sure every field is formatted and not a function of other cells.

You might also try getting rid of most, if not all, of the empty columns. I'm not sure, but a limit on the number of fields. In any case, they just bloat the file. Also, as well as no spaces in the column names, maybe Excel column names need to be under 13 characters like a dbf. It doesn't hurt, anyway. If you wanted to make a shapefile out of the data, you'd need to do it then.

shot in the dark..... but I don't deal with .xlsx files they just gave me too many issues

I always save mine as 97-2003 .xls files

this could have been fixed though I haven't checked on it in quiet a while
