I discovered some georeferenced scanned maps created using ArcGIS 9.2. Some have the aux.xml file and others have the .tlwf files associated with them. I can't get them to display correctly in ArcGIS 10. I can add the georeferencing tool bar and view the points as they related to the image used to create them but I can't get them to display as they should. Any wisdom would be much appreciated.
