Did the IrControl Type values change in the LGIM (10.3 vs 10.5)?

Did the Local Government Information Model (LGIM) change the coded domain value for IrControl Type in 10.5 vs 10.3.1? In 10.3, there was a Private Surveyors coded value but it no longer exists. In 10.5, there are more specific Federal ones (ie. USFS, BLM GCDB Control).
