However, I'm not able to see data updates when connecting to other users / versions.
- Does this mean that you can see the updates in the View connected as the data owner?
- How are you connecting to other Versions in the View? What steps are you following?
On a general note:
- Is the data Registered as Versioned?
- Are you performing the reconcile/post and compress, before checking the View for updates?
A database view refers to the base table of the underlying data. If your data is Registered as Versioned, then edits may still be in the A- & D- delta tables. So you need to Reconcile and Post (if editing is done on other versions than DEFAULT) and then perform the compress.
