If you are with an educational organization, the person in charge should/might be able to get you access to a large number of esri training courses for free. I know we do at our university and we make them available to all students. They cover all levels of expertise and a huge number of areas of interest. You should look into this possibility, otherwise look for free resources under Services and Support on the main banner. Good luck
