Monthly time‑slider range defaults create double data points

When the time slider is set to a monthly interval, it incorrectly displays two data points because it defaults to the first day of two consecutive months (e.g., 1 January 2025 to 1 February 2025). Since our data is recorded on the first day of each month, this causes two points to appear within a single monthly epoch. Ideally, the monthly interval should span from the first day to the last day of each month to ensure only one data point is shown per period.
