I'm trying to use the Personnel Status Dashboard. I updated the Personnel feature layer with some users.

I updated the surveys - individual and team.

The Check in feature layer is filled out as expected.

However in the operation Dashboard, it seems that the information come from the Current Check-ins table which is empty.

Did I miss a step? Do I have to reconfigure the dashboard?

Thanks for your help

Nathalie

I also have an issue with personnel_current and get the following error message when I try to display the data

I got mine working

Are you trying to edit the (hosted, view) or just (hosted) layer?

is the username you are signed in as on the list of personnel excel file you uploaded?

If the user is not on the list the record does not show up in the dashboard.

I tried different options.

I updated the personnel using the csv file, I also tried using ArcGIS Pro and updated the feature layer.

What is the format of the username? Should I include everything including @ xxx.com?

it should be whatever they type into AGOL to sign in

Thanks for your reply Rickey. However it's still not working. We are using an Enterprise login. Could it be the difference? If so, what should be filled out for the username?

Thanks

Did you link your enterprise and AGOL to have more logins?

This solution is not available on Enterprise yet only AGOL

No I'm using the solution on AGOL. My issue is really with the username.

user name in this case is

instructor_YourName

or

ljccstudent01

that is what you would add as the user name
