Mistaken number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in France

Hi, it seems that today's data for recognized cases of COVID-19 in France is lowered by mistake.

This dashboard: Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS shows at the moment 1479 confirmed cases in France (please find the attached screen shot), while it should be 10 thousand more approximately. So that it looks like a mistake.
