In February, the global conservation technology community will gather in Lima, Peru, for the first International Conservation Technology Conference (ICTC). Hosted by WILDLABS and a coalition of partners, ICTC is built for practical exchange, collaboration, and action across the full spectrum of conservation technology.
Esri will be there alongside our Peru distributor, Telematica, and business partners to listen, connect, and share implementation patterns that help conservation teams move from data to decisions, whether they are managing protected areas, coordinating field operations, integrating remote sensing, or communicating results to stakeholders.

Why This Event Matters
ICTC is tackling a persistent challenge at the heart of conservation technology: tools are advancing quickly, but adoption, interoperability, and sustained impact do not always keep pace. The conference is positioned to help move the field beyond isolated pilots and promising prototypes toward real operational practice, where technology is integrated into day-to-day conservation work, maintained over time, and shared across partners. With hundreds of sessions across regions, ecosystems, and technologies, ICTC offers a valuable snapshot of what is maturing, what is emerging, and which implementation patterns are proving durable across contexts.
