No unfortunately that isn't possible with the free account.
For further reference, only the owner of the application can access the interactive builder.
Members of ArcGIS for Organizations can change the owner of the application between the organization members.
It is not mandatory to change the owner of the web map but it is recommended (if your data are stored as a Feature Collection or you change the extent, save won't works).
