"The Rapid Rise of Farmers Markets" is not one of our usual app templates which is why you are unable to find in on our website. It was developed as a custom application for use with a specific story. It is only in prototype form and many components and most of the data is hard-coded and not easily configurable. There is no documentation and we cannot provide support for the code. If would still like to work with the code, you will need to be very familiar with JavaScript, Stylus, Node, Grunt, and Esri-Leaflet.
