Pictures not displaying when previewing app

I created a Story Map Tour from my webmap.  I have the pictures on the web and posted the url under the picture.  The pictures are visible when I'm first working in the app.  Once I click Share and Preview, the pictures are gone.  All I see is the camera icon and the text Picture not available.  The pictures are below 400KB. Any ideas what the issue can be?

Can you share the URL to the photo you used? And a public URL to your story?

It's currently only for my organization.  I'll have to check if I can make public.
