Cooper Thomas' blog post on Navigating Map Journal Sections Using the Main Stage Map perfectly outlines how to configure the Story map Journal Application in a way that is very important to our end users. I was able to get this working using a simple test application and web map.
Unfortunately, I need to configure the story map journal in this way but the underlying main stage map is an embedded Web App Builder application which is then a ‘website’ configuration instead of the map configuration. The data and web map used in the WAB application is the same, but I need to utilize the embed option so that I can add a few widgets into the map display and story maps don't support widgets.
Is this possible?
