Hi - I've created a tabbed series story map here http://arcg.is/1Ty73vN. The first tab embeds a Journal story map and I wanted to put an elevation profile from a web app I have created in the second tab but haven't managed it - is this possible? Can you suggest where I may have gone wrong?

Hi,
You are facing a browser security limitation, as your Map Series is accessed over HTTPS, all the apps that you include need to be loaded over HTTPS too. Change the link of second app to the following and it should works
https://davewillo.maps.arcgis.com/apps/Profile/index.html?appid=9e837e5204f34cd9af0dc765715956e4&embed

I have tried adding the https in the Webpage URL section and I am receiving 'An error has occurred - Unable to create map'. I have also added &embed to the end of my url. I am using Map Series Builder - Tab to embed my Swipe Apps. Is there a setting in the Swipe App I may be missing? Does the Map Series Builder need to be shared publicly?
Thanks in advance!

That is strange, yes could you try to make the Swipe application public to see if it changes something. Making the Map Series public should not change anything I think
I am able to add a someone else's Spy Map Series application but not my own......I am missing something simple. Thanks I'll keep looking.
Good luck, maybe try using My Stories | Story Maps it can help you diagnose if your stories are public. One of the layer in your Swipe being not public may be the culprit.
Found it!! One of my colleagues suggested removing the 's' from the https in the Map Builder Series URL and that worked. Our basemap does not use the s and that seemed to be causing the conflict! Thanks for the quick responses!!

Thanks so much - that did it
