Hi,

I just went to publish and share my story map and I get the following message:

An error has occurred
Fatal error: The application cannot be loaded

I have shared publicly both in the Story Map creator, as well as in my contents for ArcGIS Online.

Help Please!

I was able to apply the solution of creating a feature and implementing it into a new web map, which consequently allowed me to publish the map as a story map application. I applied the theory found in another thread, which worked for my problem.

Hi,
Please share a link to the application so we can take a look...

Hello,

The link is: http://www.arcgis.com/apps/MapTour/?appid=1323bca19f85488296226edaf43a8aab

I can see the information in the Web Map, but not the web Mapping Application for the Story map.

Thanks for the reply!

ok, glad to hear!

I was just going to reply you this:

Most likely the web mapping application item ID has changed for whatever reason.
Does the webmap and web mapping application loads fine in ArcGIS Online?

When you are on the web application item page, does the URL use the same id than your application?

www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=e4aa884d12124ca6ab727924c8a1e55b

Thanks!

The webmap and web mapping application both do load fine in ArcGIS Online, and as well the URL does now share the same id with the re-implemented strategy used.
