My MXD is set using Data Driven Pages. The labels on the points are displaying per the settings applied within the data driven page displayed, but outside of the page the labels do not follow the settings. My data frame extends past the page extent. I have an expression on the label (written in VBScript) that is to push a field to a new line and the label position is to follow a rotation field. Both of these settings are being ignored. In Desktop 10.2 this was not an issue. Are there new settings I should be adjusting in 10.3.1? The attachments show examples of the rotation issue on the edge of the data frame extent.
