In the last day or two my ArcGIS has become almost unusable because regardless of which tool I select - even the Select Elements arrow - it believes I have selected something like 'Zoom Out' and it starts zooming out to infinity and cannot be interrupted.
Has anybody else experienced this?
Version 10.3.0.4322. Windows 7 Professional 32 bit.
By any chance are you using an old Dell keyboard or of any other make which is a bit old. Please try clicking on the ‘C’ or the ‘G’ key on the keyboard when the cursor gets stuck on the Zoom Out or any other tool and see if that works. I have a very strong feeling that this would work for you as I have been hearing such issues for some time now. Do let me know how it goes. Thanks!
