I got error with @esri/calcite-components-angular now. 

Cannot find module '@esri/calcite-components-angular' or its corresponding type declarations.ts(2307)

Apologies, Calcite's 2.9.0 Angular build was incomplete. There will be an upcoming minor release in the near future, but in the meantime you could use version 2.8.6.

I'm able to build it. When running it, I got:

[calcite-components] while initializing v2.10.1, an existing configuration with version "2.10.1" was found. This may cause unexpected behavior. The version will not be added to the existing global configuration.
