Annotation Feature Class as Feature Service to edit in Web Or Webmap

Hi Everyone,

Is it possible to publish an "Annotation Feature Class as a Feature Service" in ArcGIS Server 10.6.1 Or higher.... so that I can edit those Annotations as needed in "Web Or Webmaps Etc..."? If yes, Please provide any references Or suggestions to achieve this.
