In this podcast (no video or slides) we hear Marianna Kantor, CMO from Esri talk with Josephine Young, director of infrastructure information management at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO).  They discuss the lengthy journey the airport team has been on to move from utility data, facility information, maps and the aspirational Digital Twin.  The words you hear lead us to the great presentation at the plenary during UC 2025.

It is telling to hear how Josephine talks about the stakeholders and users of this body of work.  Travelers of course, but also fire, maintenance, merchants and many others.  The investment they made has been remarkable and the results speak for themselves.

If you didn't take 13 minutes to view the Plenary presentation already- it is in this Aviation page here in the Esri Community. Check that out as a bookend to this podcast.
