Unable to run ShapeCorrect on an .AXF file

Hi all,
I've been having trouble with the ShapeCorrect Utility in GPS Pathfinder. I was able to successfully run a differential correction on my dataset, and the .COR and .SSF files are in the same folder as the .AXF file that I need to correct, but when I try to run ShapeCorrect on my .AXF, I get this error message.
The shp1018a.txt file does not provide a detailed explanation of what is going on... What could be the issue that I'm having here?
