Checked-out file won't open on my Trimble GeoXH unit

I'm having problems opening checked-out data on my mobile device, the CAB file gets deployed successfully to the mobile unit but stops responding when I try to open the apm or the axf file. I'm not sure if it is the file size, about 9.5MB. Slower to open on desktop and sometimes some features will not show up.

The AXF files are checked out from a personal geodatabase with all relationships.

Can anybody let me know what I could be doing wrong?

Marvin, I'm setting up a GeoXT with ArcPad 8 and I'm having the same issue.
My exported CAB file is only 1.7MB, so size is probably not your problem.

I have put in a request at ESRI Support webform twice and both times the website blows up and sends be back to the beginning.   Very frustrating...

So far, 8 isn't working for me.

If you get a fix, please let us know.

Thank you,

Kyle

I just noticed this in the READ ME file.

When using Microsoft XP, Microsoft ActiveSync 4.2 or higher is required. When using Microsoft Vista, Windows Mobile Device Centre 6.1 or higher is required.

We are still using 9.2.
I don't know if this may be causing some indigestion..
