I'm having a problem with my Trimble R3 device (w/A3 antenna)and ArcPad 10.2.
It keeps saying "GPS Not connected" when searching for a GPS signal.
I know the GPS works because when I use Trimble Digital Fieldbook software on the Trimble R3 handheld, it connects to the GPS and I'm able to locate satellites and capture data.
Protocol: NMEA 0183
Port: COM2
Baud: 4800
These were the settings I was told to use in the setup manual provided by
Trimble for the handheld when using ArcPad (if not using GPScorrect). When
I try to let ArcPad search for a GPS signal, I recieve an error message
telling me that "No GPS Signal" was detected.
Can anyone help with this problem?
