on january 7th I tried, but I can't find ArcPad 10 SP1 in Customer Care Portal. There is'nt any link for ArcPad at all.

Only the ESRI products you are entitled to will be available on the Software Download portlet. Please contact Customer Service at 1-888-377-4575 for questions regarding software entitlement.
