Users want to edit attributes of a point. Select a point and open feature properties.
The window that opens is too small to show the full name of the attibute value.
A sign attribute has 4 possible values all starting with Advance Turn Arrow and 10 other
unique characters.  The properties window is small so it only shows 'Advance Turn' and nothing else.
Is it possible to view the full value name somehow?

You can make adjustments to the form using ArcStudio.

I didn't change anything other than make the form wider and change the width of two fields.  You might try making the form taller and drag or copy fields from one page to another and then eliminate the empty page.
