I am trying my best to get ArcPad 10.2.2 to work on a Trimble GeoXH6000 unit. I have upgraded OS to latest version (6.5.10).
When I launch ArcPAD and activate the GPS I continously get this error:
"Error 55 when attempting to open communication port COM2:"
And this error appears using any of the COM ports.
I was used to use Timble Juno for teaching and with this you just install ArcPAD and the unit is running right away.
But it seems that some kind of communication application/protocol is not installed on the GeoXH.
Does anyone in this forum have experiences with the GeoXH 6000 and ArcPAD? Any help will be much appreciated!
