I have created an esriCarto.Overview map surround object and added it to an existing PageLayout .. the object has the correct reference to the IMap interface and other map surrounds are drawing correctly on the page (NorthArrow, Legend), but the Overview MapSurround appears as a blank white square at all times.
Is there any working sample code of using an Overview map surround, or any other properties/methods that must be used on the object in order for it to draw correctly?
