i am working with .net SDK and i have WCF project i need to install the network analyst license
i tried to add it from Project....>Add ArcGis licenses checking but (add arcgis license checking is Not enabled me to click)
and i checked desktop adminstrator ---> avaliabilty ----> Netwrok analyst is installed and registred .....
any idea
