Deploy Arcobjects developed command tool

Hi,
I have developed a Arcobjects Tool to fill the titlebar of an .mxd on Visual Studio 2010, the tool works fine.
but I am having difficulty deploying this tool to be used in another system directly on ArcMap

Please guide me in deplying this command tool.....
