Hello everybody,
Hope you are fine, i'm new in programming using ArcObject.
What i'm asking for is " What is the deference between the ArcObject SDK and the  ArcObject Runtime ? or they are same ".
it doesn't matter is it for Java or WPF.

Thanks in advance.

Scroll down to the "Developer Help" section on this page:

http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/

There you will see "Native SDKs (Runtime)" and "ArcObjects".

ArcObjects is for customizing the Desktop (ArcMap) and Server applications.

Runtime is for writing device specific applications.
