I has Arcgis single use license and format my PC and reinstall my product and the desktop worked finne but The Arcgis Pro give the error (The account cannot be used to autorized ARCGIS Pro as it has already been configured to use in offline mod on som other device.)
Also my account in arcgis.com cannot be update as it ask me to update the new feature he offered me, just hang-on.

I just want to confirm that your license is a single use license and not a personal use license. Can you confirm?
The offline license only applies to the Windows users it was taken offline for. So you might try logging into the new system using the same windows user account you used to take the licenses offline on the old system. Then proceed to return the license.
