How to show all records in the attribute table

HI, I'm Michael. I'm currently working on the attribute table of a map but I clicked on 'show selected records' after which I clicked 'show all records' However, it keeps showing only selected records as in the attached file. I've uninstalled and re-installed ArcGIS but cannot still view all records from the map attribute table. I've also used the 'table option' to 'clear selection' and 'select all' and haven't seen all records. Please can someone advise me on what to do?  Thanks

I have reloaded the original data to no avail and have prepared new data in DIVA-GIS with a different species but cannot still view all records. I wanted to use it as a criterion for using SDM from MaxEnt in gap - analysis
