I have ArcGIS Online. I am trying to proceed with some initial training. The instructions say:
"In this step, you will start ArcMap and familiarize yourself with the interface.
Click the Start menu, and choose All Programs."
However, it doesn't say how to do so from within ArcGIS Online.
