geometric network - feature class not available, is already part of network?

Hi,

I cant add some feature classes to the geometric network as ArcMap tells me the feature classes are already part of another network (in dialog box for creating the network at step where you choose the feature classes - there is a button on the right labelled "not available" - when I click on that I see the feature classes I need and the hint "is already part of a network").

There is not other network. The same network existed before but I had to delete it. Now I cant recreate it. Anyone having similar issues or any hints?

ArcMap 10.7.1, Oracle SDE (11 R2).

didnt find any solution. Had to restore data from backup.
