GeoCoding 3000 Points by 100+ Subjects and Ability to Select Specified Subject

Hi,

I have an Excel file with over 3000 addresses and 100 different subjects (Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine). I would like to have the capability to be able to view the list of address by selected subject or more than one subjects. What are some available less time consuming solutions?

Below are a few things I've tried and the reason it didn't meet the need:

• Symbology and adding all values
  • Did not allow to quickly click what I would like to view.
• Creating each layer using definition query
  • Time consuming

I have ArcMap10.5.1.
