Feature Service (Feature Access) not displaying when 'Query' only selected as a capability

ArcGIS Server 10.6.1, Portal 10.6.1

I've successfully published Feature services with the ability to edit, update etc. all of which display correctly.

On publishing a Feature Access service with only the 'Query' box ticked, the feature is invisible when displayed in Portal, or viewed as a service in ArcMap.

I'm not using any strange symbology sets, and have tried an Esri optimized Circle and normal Circle symbol.

Altering the symbology in Portal in the Map Viewer also has no effect.

Strangely, the points are displayed when I add labels to the data??

Sorry to bump but tit's pretty important (to me!) will move to Esri support and contact them tomorrow hopefully.
