Hello,
I got stuck in using the attribute table for the feature class.
It is common sense that one object ID is assigned to one feature.
Most of my data were in that sense, and I had no problem of using the data.
However, this data is kind of weird that when I select the row (one object ID which must be relevant with only one feature!) it selects multiple polygons on the map.
Anyone has some ideas to fix this?

You have multipart polygons... you can convert them to singlepart using
Multipart To Singlepart (Data Management)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation
This tool exists in arcmap and arcgis pro.
Sometimes shapes are grouped together as one since they share the same/common attributes. Sometimes treating the "collective" as one is useful. Sometimes it is not. You would be advised to keep both versions.
The reverse of that tool (aka singlepart to multipart ) is the Dissolve tool
