ARCMAP not correct date menu

Problems with ArcMap verison:

ArcGISDesktop101sp1
ArcGIS-101SP1-DT-QIP-Patch
ArcGIS-101SP1QIP-DT-PDH-Patch

We upgrade windows from Windows 10 1511 to Windows 10 1909

After that when click on line and change data creation . There cant see full table of dates ( see attachment)

Maybe someone have solution for this problem
