Add Data from ArcGIS Online/ Add Basemap in active!!

Dear All,

I am a student studying the GIS Specliaztion course at the Coursera portal. I got 1-year learning license. but after installing the desktop version ( ArcGIS 10.6) both add base map and add data from ArcGIS online are not active. Can anyone please help to activate these two options?

Close all ArcGIS Applications.

- Install ArcGIS Desktop TLS Patch for ArcGIS Desktop 10.6.1?

- Ensure your system is connected to internet

- Open ArcMap. If the issue still persists, "Run Connection Test..." from the ArcGIS (Globe) icon in Taskbar.
