I am having an issue with the iPad and workForce. I sign out from workForce and try to sign in with another account, but when I select my organization, it keeps logging my account back in automatically. No prompt for user name or password, straight to my account. I tried signing out of all apps, I did the developer sign out in Field Maps, but still shows up. There are no passwords stored in any browser.
What am I missing?

I'd hazard that it's using a cached session token from your browser (whichever is the default on the device) and directly passing it to the login. Stored password in the browser are not usually the issue. Usually I'd get around things like this in the browser using incognito windows rather than have to log out of every other signed-in page, or worse - clear cache/cookies, but obviously this is in-app.
If possible, I'd test by clearing your cached data and cookies and sign out of anything that's using a login if that's possible. If not, temporarily switch your default browser for your device (as the browser is used to launch the SAML login prompt), try Workforce again and if not - clear site data etc. and retry.
Although it seems like a bit of a potential bug. Field Maps and Survey123/connect seem able to logout and switch users with a new login prompt each time even for SAML (thankfully!).

I went to Settings>Apps>Safari>Advanced (all the way at the bottom)
Website Data, there they were all the msauth, arcgis.com, microsoftonline and msauthimages (culprits)
Remove all Website Data.
Went back to WorkForce and it allowed me to log in with new account.
It seems to be a bug, but I am sure its a bug they wont try to fix since WorkForce is going away the way of Silverlight.
