Hello,

I am working through the workforce tutorial in the gallery to get familiar with setting up and using the app. I encountered an issue with the maps and I am unable to access the project on the mobile application. Guidance on what could be broke here?

* Successfully went the lesson up to 'Download and sign in to the apps'. Added the layers, generated assignments, etc.
* I do not have the Navigator license, so skipped that piece of the lesson dialog
* Opened Workforce mobile and signed in with my org/username
* No projects display
* Used both an iOS and Android app

Going back to the Workforce web site and opening the project settings, I noticed a warning on the worker map (see attached) indicating the feature layers are not sync enabled. The only feature layers used are the ones generated through workforce plus the Esri provided hydrant layer. Checked the item settings on the generated layers and verified sync is enabled.

Noted that the 'Create Offline Map Area' is inactive on the project. I do recall seeing it active at one point in the process but do not recall when it grayed out.

Env:
AGOL account. One and only one member (me)
WorkForce mobile version 17.0.1, build 2007 (iOS/iPad)
WorkForce mobile version 17.0.1, build 1914 (Android/Samsung Galaxy s10e)
(I do get a warning from the Android OS that the app was built on an older version and needs to be updated but this is the current version on the store.)

I am assuming the map issue is why the project is not available on the mobile app but this may be two issues.

HI @CassKalinski

In ArcGIS online, when you create a new Project, it is creating a project for use in the new version of Workforce which supports offline workflows.

The mobile app you are using is the older version, which does not support the new project version. There is a new separate app also called ArcGIS Workforce that supports the new offline-enabled Workforce projects.

iOS App: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/arcgis-workforce/id1485598093

Android App: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.esri.katahdin

I'll look into getting that lesson updated.

Thank you Aaron. That did the trick. I did notice there were two apps available and went with the one that matched the lesson icon/link. Always a chase keeping all the documentation pieces aligned!

Happy New Year!
