I am able to see the hosted layers but we can`t see the ArcGIS feature service on ArcGIS Workforce Mobile App

Question

We have followed the few steps for ArcGIS feature service.

1. Enabled the global IDs.

2. Enabled the Archiving version.

3. Enabled the Editor tracking.

4. Finally, We have enabled the sync option to feature service.

The mobile app version is 22.1.3 and the ArcGIS Enterprise version is 10.9.1.

Can anyone please help me?

And also we added the other layers into worker web map but feature layers are not visible on the workforce mobile app.
