Can we add another row to the status of an assignment?

I've run into a case where the office staff have to add more data to an assignment after it is completed in the field. They would like to have some way to flag the assignment after it has been completed so they know that the assignment has been not only done in the field, but they have inspected and finished on their end also.

This is not possible in Workforce but it is in our backlog.  It's one of the higher priority enhancements for us to tackle after we finish the current release, which is focused on Offline support.
