How to license workflow manager for ArcGIS Online

I am attempting to deploy workflow manager through ArcGIS Online. I am an admin in my AGOL organization. When I go to Organization -> Licenses and scroll down to Workflow Manager, I see that there are zero compatible user types for this extension.

But when I click "Manage", I see a message that the user type professional plus already includes a license for Workflow Manager:

When I attempt to access the workflow manager web application, I see an error message that workflow manager is not licensed:

Do I need to do any licensing steps through ArcGIS Pro? Do I need to add different user types to use this extension? Any direction is appreciated.

Hey @mshanaghan when looking at your licenses, do you see the organization extension applied:

either standard or advanced?

Also this article here might be helpful as well if you haven't already seen it: Error: ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server is Not Licensed. Please Contact Your Administrator

To use the web application in ArcGIS Online, you shouldn't need to do any licensing steps through ArcGIS Pro.

Kind regards

Hi Keiran,

Thank you for your response. I do not have an "Organization extensions" tab

and I do not see Workflow Manager under the "User type extensions" section in the Add-on licenses tab.

Does this mean that Workflow Manager is not included in my organization's subscription?

Hey @mshanaghan that might be the case if you don't see it under the 'User Type' extensions, might be best to reach out to your account executive at Esri or raise this through technical support for the team to look into it for you.

Kind regards
