Hi Ryan,

No, there's no forum for the Getting to Know ArcGIS workbook. If you have questions or problems with an exercise, you can send an e-mail to Esri Training.

The Training Department also has a page of workbook exercise errors that might help.

I think it's a good idea, though. I'll ask about getting one started.
